Background

Where three worlds meet.

Jean-Michel Renard has built his career where real estate, project finance and technology meet. He has led complex real estate transactions in French-speaking Switzerland, from identifying a market need through to structuring, financing and negotiation.

Alongside this, he has steered the digital transformation of several companies: process automation, management tools, and bringing artificial intelligence into everyday work. That dual culture is rare, and it is exactly what makes the difference when a project combines property, capital and tools.

Entrepreneurship

Thinking like an owner.

He runs and supports several companies. He knows what a decision costs when it is his own capital at stake, and he advises clients to the same standard: every franc committed needs a reason.

Negotiation

Negotiation is a discipline.

It is prepared long before reaching the table: knowing your alternatives, pricing the other side's, knowing the point at which you walk away. Jean-Michel Renard brings that preparation to every mandate, whether a building purchase, a partnership or a financing.

Teaching

Training so that it lasts.

He regularly works as a trainer on applied artificial intelligence, with leadership teams as well as staff. His conviction: a tool delivers nothing until the people using it understand why they use it.

The name

Why the fox.

Renard is French for fox. The firm's name is first of all a family name. As for the animal, it sums up the job rather well: patient, attentive to the terrain, and rarely where you expect it.
